Intelligence. Secured.
Augmented Intelligence. Total Cyber Resilience.
NexAI Cyber combines executive leadership, operational governance, and augmented intelligence to help organizations understand material risk, strengthen accountability, and improve resilience before, during, and after disruption.
We help turn fragmented cyber investments into clearer priorities, stronger execution, and measurable resilience.
The Problem is not awareness, it’s execution.
Most organizations are not underinvested. They are overextended by fragmented tools, rising expectations and unclear ownership. NexAI bridges these gaps and helps organizations execute with greater clarity and control.
Threat actors move faster than human teams can respond
Cyber, compliance, privacy, and AI risk often evolve faster than controls and accountability.
Tool sprawl creates blind spots and inconsistent processes
How NexAI Closes the Gap
NexAI Cyber combines executive cyber leadership, operational governance, and augmented intelligence to help clients turn complexity into action.
Clarify Ownership
We help clients define who owns what across cyber, compliance, AI, and resilience.
Operationalize governance
We turn policies, controls, and reporting into a working operating model, not shelfware.
Improve resilience outcomes
We help clients strengthen readiness, reduce friction, and make better decisions before, during, and after disruption.
NexAI applies lessons drawn from more than 2,000 incident response engagements to help clients identify meaningful exposure, strengthen decision-making, and improve resilience at scale.
It is not just technology. It is experience applied at scale through augmented intelligence.

Cyber Risk and Resilience
Understand where the business is exposed and what leadership should address first.
NexAI evaluates cyber risk through the lens of business disruption, regulatory exposure, third-party dependencies, and recovery capability. The result is an executive-level view of material risk and a practical plan for reducing it.
Best for organizations that are:
Unsure whether current security investments address the most important risks
Preparing for regulatory, insurance, customer, or board scrutiny
Relying heavily on an MSP, MSSP, cloud provider, or other third parties
Experiencing growth, acquisition, leadership change, or technology transformation
Seeking an independent assessment of management’s current security posture
-

Managed Governance & vCISO
Turn assessment findings and compliance obligations into a actively managed operating program.
NexAI provides the leadership, structure, reporting, and execution support needed to sustain progress without requiring the client to build a large internal governance organization.
Best for organizations that:
Have security tools but lack program leadership
Have findings that are not being consistently remediated
Need ongoing regulatory or audit readiness
Cannot justify or recruit a full-time CISO and GRC team
Need better coordination across IT, legal, risk, compliance, operations, and vendors
Need clearer reporting for executives or the board
-

AI Governance & Security
Enable AI adoption while maintaining control over data, decisions, vendors, and accountability.
NexAI helps organizations understand where AI is being used, evaluate the risks, establish practical governance, and validate that AI controls continue to operate as intended.
Best for organizations that:
Know employees are using AI but lack an enterprise inventory
Are deploying Microsoft Copilot or another enterprise AI platform
Are evaluating AI vendors or integrating AI into products and workflows
Need to protect confidential, client, financial, health, or intellectual-property data
Face board, customer, regulatory, or investor questions about responsible AI
Have AI policies but cannot demonstrate that the policies are being followed
-

Cyber Command and Recovery
Prepare leadership to make effective decisions before and after a cyber crisis.
NexAI helps organizations develop, validate, and activate the leadership, legal, technical, operational, and communications capabilities required before a material cyber event.
Best for organizations that:
Have an incident response plan that has not been tested
Have tested the technical team but not executive leadership
Face regulatory or cyber-insurance testing requirements
Are uncertain about decision rights during an incident
Need help planning coordination among IT, counsel, insurers, forensic firms, communications, and executives
Have experienced a cyber event and need an independent post-recovery review

About NexAI Cyber
NexAI Cyber is a human-led cyber resilience and governance firm built for organizations navigating growing cyber risk, regulatory pressure, operational complexity, and rapid AI adoption.
Our team brings experience across incident response, executive leadership, risk, compliance, recovery, and governance. Collectively, we have supported more than 2,000 incident response engagements, providing a practical understanding of how organizations prepare, where decision-making breaks down, and what enables more effective recovery. We work alongside leadership, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and operations teams to turn fragmented findings and obligations into clearer ownership, stronger operating discipline, and durable resilience.
Our role is not to add another disconnected tool or produce another static report. It is to help clients understand what matters, determine what to do next, and sustain progress over time.
What changes when NexAI is in place
We help clients move from reactive security to more coordinated, evidence-driven resilience.
Clearer priorities: Leadership understands material exposure and what should be addressed first.
Stronger accountability: Ownership, decision rights, and remediation responsibilities are defined.
Better readiness: Technical and executive teams are better prepared to respond and recover.
Lower governance friction: Evidence, reporting, and oversight become easier to maintain.
More confident AI adoption: AI use is visible, governed, validated, and monitored.
Strategic leadership, not just service delivery
NexAI connects cyber, governance, AI, compliance, legal, and business priorities into a more sustainable operating model. We do not treat resilience, governance, and technology risk as separate conversations. We help clients align them so decisions are clearer, reporting is stronger, and programs are easier to run.
